Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ailal International handles wholesale and export-oriented orders. Because dispatch planning, packaging, documentation, and procurement may begin soon after confirmation, refunds and cancellations are handled strictly under the conditions below.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
A cancellation request may be considered only before production, packing, or dispatch commitments have materially started. If work has already begun, cancellation may be refused or subject to deductions for costs already incurred.
2. Custom, Bulk, and Export Orders
Custom-packed, private-label, special procurement, or export-prepared orders are generally non-refundable once confirmed, unless Ailal International expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund or commercial adjustment may be reviewed if:
- The wrong product was supplied by us.
- A shipment is materially short and the shortage is verified.
- The goods are received in a damaged condition clearly attributable to our packing or dispatch process, subject to supporting evidence.
- We are unable to fulfill an accepted order and mutually agree to cancel it.
4. Claim Window
Any refund, shortage, damage, or quality claim should be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt, with clear photos, videos where relevant, packaging evidence, invoice/order reference, and a written description of the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Delays caused by customs, freight operators, port congestion, import restrictions, or buyer-side clearance issues.
- Minor batch, handmade, or packaging variations that do not materially affect usability.
- Change-of-mind cancellations after confirmed order processing.
- Incorrect delivery information or buyer communication delays.
6. Refund Method and Timing
If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed back through the original payment route or by another mutually documented method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment channel, bank timelines, and any compliance checks required for domestic or export transactions.
7. Replacement or Commercial Settlement
In some cases, we may offer replacement goods, credit adjustment, partial refund, or another practical commercial resolution instead of a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the stage of order execution.
